PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN 2008

 DUE DATE:  BEFORE DECEMBER 19

Answer These Questions utilizing the sites provided in the questions and in RED #1-5.  Complete and Print the Survey.

3.  List the current top Three Democratic Candidates who have raised the most money and how much have they raised?

     For the top two--what parts of the United States (be specific) provided the most funding?

4.   List the current top Three Republican Candidates who have raised the most money and how much have they raised?

      For the top two--what parts of the United States (be specific) provided the most funding?

5. What is the annual salary of President of the United States?

6.  What is the purpose and significance of Primaries and Caucuses?

7.  What date is considered a crucial Make or Break event for all the candidates and why?

8.  Select and list Three Issues (from the seven provided--in section #2 below) that you feel are important to you or impact your future--explain the importance and impact.  Next to each issue--List two Democrats and two Republicans who share your opinion.

9.  List Three "Third Parties" offering a candidate for the Presidency.  Google Each and determine their Party Platform, provide a brief summary of their goals/beliefs:   Example "Prohibition Party Platform"  So far only their 2004 Platform is available  http://www.prohibitionists.org/Background/Party_Platform/party_platform.html
